摘　　要：目的 :探讨老年人不同季节血脂水平的变化规律。方法 :测定200名60～74岁老年人在1、3、5、7、9、11月份的血清总胆固醇(TC)甘油三脂(TG)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平并进行分析比较。结果 :200名老年人的TC和TG平均水平1月与7月份差别均有显著性意义。结论 :老年人血脂水平存在明显的周期性季节变化。Objective:To study the seasonal variatiou of blood lipids in the older aduls.Methods:200 elders including 100 men and 100 women aged 60～74 were studied by deteeting and analysing the levels of the TC.TG and HDL-C in the month of 1,3,5,7,9,11. Results:The aver ages of the plasma TC and TG are the differences are significantly(P<0.01). Conclusion :The peak and lowest levels occured in the winter and the summer respectively.
