女性吸毒者情感智商的病例-对照研究

摘　　要：目的··:了解情感智商 (EQ)的高低与女性吸毒的关系 ,以便为制定防复吸干预措施提供科学的依据。方法··:采用成组病例 -对照研究方法 ,调查了310名女性吸毒者和357名对照的EQ。结果··:女性吸毒者的EQ普遍低于对照组 ,表现为(1)吸毒女性自我形象差 (P<0.05) ;(2)情绪管理能力差 ,不能耐受挫折 (P<0.001) ,不善于抒解愤怒(P<0.001) ,时常自暴自弃以及感觉孤独(P<0.001) ;(3)人际关系的管理能力差(P<0.001) ;(4)情绪导向错误,责任心不强,不能专注眼前工作以及自我克制力差(P<0.001) ;(5)情绪判读能力差 ,不能从别人角度看事情 ,不能为他人着想以及不能耐心倾听别人的意见(P<0.001)。Objective: To find out the relationship between female drug addiction and emotional quotient (EQ) in order to provide scientific basis for working out a plan of relapse prevention. Method: Case-control study was adopted to investigate emotional quotient of 310 female drug addicts and 357 controls. Result: The female drug addicts' EQ is lower than that of the controls; it shows in the following respects: (1) low estimation of themselves (P<0.05);(2) poor administration capacity for mood, which led them unable to endure setbacks of life (P<0.001), improper expression of their anger(P<0.001), and often easy to give themselves up as hopelessness and feel lonely (P<0.001);(3)poor administration capacity for making relations with others ( P<0.001 ) ;(4)poor judgement capacity for mood, which resulted in disregarding for others and listening to others impatiently(P<0.001);(5) more mirrors of mood guides, poor responsibility and self-control capacity(most of them, P<0.001); Conclusion: Female drug addiction is related to low EQ status.
