摘　　要：激素性股骨头缺血坏死(Steroid-induced Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head,SANFH)的发病机理学说比较分散。随着分子生物学的发展,细胞凋亡理论逐渐受到国内外学者的重视,并认为骨细胞、成骨细胞的凋亡在SANFH起着重要作用,但Dickkopf-1与细胞凋亡对SANFH的作用尚未进行研究。因此对DKK1与细胞凋亡在SANFH中的作用进行研究有着重要意义,近年随着研究不断深入,发现激素可显著增加WNT拮抗分子DKK-1的表达,因此本文对DKK-1与细胞凋亡在激素性股骨头缺血性坏死中的作用作一综述。Steroid-induced avascular necrosis（Steroid-induced Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head,SANFH） its pathogenesis is dispersed.With the development of molecular biology,apoptosis theory gradually being more important,and that bone cells,osteoblast apoptosis plays an important role in SANFH,however Dickkopf-1 and the role of apoptosis in SANFH has not been studied.The recent research shows that hormones can significantly increase the WNT antagonist DKK-1 molecule expression.In this article DKK-1 and apoptosis in steroid-induced avascular necrosis of the role are reviewed.
