一次性速效止血包对急性创伤出血止血效果的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察以沸石为止血材料的一次性速效止血包治疗急性创伤性出血的临床疗效和安全性。方法:应用一次性速效止血包对30例急性创伤性出血患者的32个伤口进行止血治疗,观察止血时间、止血效果以及不良反应,评价其有效性及安全性。结果:32个伤口的平均长度为(27.42±31.55)mm,平均深度为(7.36±10.50)mm,经速效止血包治疗后,所有伤口均达到有效止血,止血时间15～60 s,平均(30.59±10.76)s。其中19个伤口达到完全止血效果,完全止血时间15～48 s,平均(28.05±9.86)s,完全止血率59.38%。结论:作为一种新型的纯物理止血制剂,一次性速效止血包是治疗各种急性创伤性出血的安全、有效的止血剂,具有推广应用的价值。Objective： To investigate the clinical effects and safety of disposable fast-acting hemostatic bag in treating traumatic bleeding by open and non-control clinical trial. Methods： Thirty acute traumatic patients with 32 wounds were treated with disposable fast-acting hemostatic bag. Hemostasis time, hemostasis effect and side-effect were observed, and the efficacy and safety were evaluated. Results：All patients were treated with disposable fast-acting hemostatic bag. The average wound length was （27.42±31.55）mm, the average wound depth was （7.36±10.50）mm. After using hemostatic bags, bleeding from all of wounds were effectively stopped. The average hemostatic time was （30. 59 ± 10. 76）seconds（15--60 seconds）. In 19 wounds complete hemostasis was achieved, with complete hemostasis rate 59.38 ±, and the average time was （28. 05 ± 9.86） seconds （ 15--48 seconds）. Conclusions： As a novel physical hemostatic, hemostatic bag, which mainly contains zeolite, is a safe and effective hemostic agent for the first aid of acute traumatic wounds, and it is valuable in stopping bleeding from acute traumatic injuries.
