高频超声对睾丸淋巴瘤的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨高频超声对睾丸淋巴瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的8例睾丸淋巴瘤患者的超声检查资料。结果 8例睾丸淋巴瘤患者中5,例(6个睾丸)病灶弥漫性分布,3例患者病灶呈结节状,彩色多普勒超声显示:病灶内均可见丰富的血流信号;7例超声均诊断为睾丸恶性肿瘤,其中3例提示为淋巴瘤。结论高频超声对睾丸淋巴瘤的诊断有一定的价值,尤其老年患者出现无明显诱因的睾丸肿大,要考虑到睾丸淋巴瘤的可能性。Objective To evaluate the diagnosis value of ultrasonography in testicular lymphoma.Methods Totall 8 confirmed cases with testicular lymphoma were involved to discover the features of ultrasonography of the disease.Results In 8 cases,5 cases（6 testis） were with diffuse lesions of testis and 3 were with nodal.Color Doppler flow image showed abundant blood flow signal in the lesions.7 cases were diagnosing as testicular malignant tumor.In these cases,3 cases were considered as testicular lymphoma.Conclusions Ultrasonography plays an important role in diagnosis of cystic renal cell carcinoma.Especially in old patients with no obvious cause of testicular swelling,the possibility of testicular lymphoma must be considered.
