摘  要:从300 kA铝电解槽曲面阴极的设计、仿真和生产实践两方面对铝电解的运行过程进行分析研究,若采用曲面阴极,电解槽的热场、磁场、流场与阴极电解槽基本一致,但可以改善铝液和阴极炭块中的电流分布的均匀性,减少铝液的波动;曲面阴极电解槽运行的安全性较高、效应系数较低,节能效果显著.通过与普通阴极电解槽的比较得出:目前300 kA曲面阴极电解槽运行的优势和不足,以及采取的优化措施.The operational process of aluminum electrolysis is analyzed and studied from design simulation and production practice of the curved cathode of aluminum electrolytic cell of 300 kA.If curved cathode is adopted,the thermal field of aluminum electrolytic cell,the magnetic field and the flow field are mainly the same as the cathode electrolytic cell,but the uniformity of current distribution of aluminum liquid and cathode carbon blocks is improved and the fluctuation of aluminum liquid is reduced.The electrolytic cell of curved cathode enjoys an obvious energy saving effect,higher safety and lower effect coefficients.Through comparision with normal cathode electrolytic cell,the advantages and disadvantages of curved cathode electrolytic cell of 300 kA and the optimized measure are obtained.
