摘　　要：专业定位与行业发展现状和区域经济发展密切相关,服务于区域经济的发展是高校人才培养的一个重要目标.通过研究国内外汽车电子行业和十堰市汽车电子产业的发展现状和规划,对汽车电子生产制造、维修和销售服务企业进行人才需求、能力调研.为我校汽车电子技术专业的定位、人才培养方案的制订以及发展前景提供参考依据.对于同处于本地区的相同或相近专业具有一定的参考价值.Specialty orientation is closed connected with industry development and regional economy development,and serve the development of regional economy is the key object of college talent cultivation.The authors have,through a study of automobile electronic industry home and abroad and the current development and plan of Shiyan automobile electronic industry,made a survey of talent demand and competence structure among automobile electronic manufacturing,maintenance and marketing industries,which has provided a sound foundation for YYTC＇s Automobile Electronic Technology Major＇s orientation,talent cultivation plan forming and forecasting the development prospect.
