摘　　要：随着科技的发展和进步,国际间的科技合作越来越广泛和深入。云南高校也要充分利用地域优势、学科优势等有利因素,认清前景广阔的合作形势,加强与东南亚国家的科技合作与交流,适应高校国际化发展的需要,创造更多的经济效益和社会效益。The international cooperation of science and technology more and more widely and deeply with the development of science and technology. Universities at Yunnan must utilize the favorable opportunity such as regional advantage and academic advantages, and realize the broad prospects of the cooperation, and strengthen the scientific and technological cooperation with the southeast Asian countries, so they will adapt the needs of university＇s internationalization, and create more economic benefits and social benefits.
