摘 要:目的:观察同种异体甲状旁腺脑室内移植后血管的再生和组织学变化。方法:Wistar大鼠作为供体,SD大鼠作为受体,在立体定位下将同种异体甲状旁腺移植到SD大鼠侧脑室,利用组织学技术对甲状旁腺移植后血液供应和形态学变化进行研究。结果:移植后5d脑内血管开始到达移植物边缘,以后在甲状旁腺实质内逐渐有血管出现,随着移植时间的延长,移植物内的血管密度逐渐增加,到移植后4周接近正常;血管的配布与脑组织明显不同。HE染色发现甲状旁腺脑室内移植8周组织结构正常。结论:甲状旁腺脑室内移植后4周恢复正常的血液供应,侧脑室是同种异体甲状旁腺理想的移植部位。To observe the revascularization and morphological change following parathyroid allografted into cerebroventricle. Methods: Wistar rats and SD rats were used as donors and recepients respectivelly, the parathyroid of Wistar rat were allografted into cerebroventricle of SD rats. The blood supply and morphological changes of the allograft were studied. Results: The host blood vessels approached the allograft and the revascularization appeared in the parenchyma of the parathyroid 5 days after operation. The density of revascularization vessels increased progressively and reached the normal levels 4 weeks later. The partern of the vessels in the graft was not the same as the brain's. With microscopic observation, the morphological structure of the parathyroid was normal 8 weeks later. Conclusion: The blood supply of parathyroid recovered 4 weeks after grafting and lateral cerebroventricle was an ideal site for parathyroid allografting.
