摘 要:利用X射线荧光光谱仪(XRF)和X射线粉晶衍射仪(XRD)等测试分析技术,对四川峨边五渡钾长石矿矿石的组成、结构、粒度和有害成分赋存状态等工艺矿物学特征进行研究,结果表明:头矿(优质原矿)的化学成分w(B)/%:SiO268.31,Al2O314.70,Fe2O31.19,TiO20.30,CaO 0.69,MgO 0.21,K2O 7.40,Na2O 2.97;矿物成分:钾长石43.79%,钠长石25.17%,石英22.66%,粘土矿物8.38%,除Fe2O3超标外,其他化学成分均已达到玻璃工业用标准,水洗和磁选加工后,能够完全达标;二砂三砂(次等原矿)的钾长石(29.35%)和钠长石(22.88%)含量偏低,而石英(37.57%)和粘土矿物(10.20%)含量偏高,通过水洗和酸浸加工,可明显降低Fe2O3含量,但导致有用成分降低,还不能生产出符合玻璃工业用钾长石产品。造成矿石中主要有害成分(Fe2O3)的原因是含有一定数量的黑云母、赤铁矿、绿泥石、角闪石等富铁矿物,而且还与粘土矿物含铁量相对较高有一定关系。In order to provide a scientific basis for mineral processing and comprehensive utilization of resources of K-feldspar in Wudu area of Ebian County,Sichuan,X-ray fluorescence spectrometer(XRF) and X-ray powder diffractometer(XRD) and other measurement and analysis technique were used to study the composition,structure,granularity and occurrence of disadvantage composition of the ore.It is showed that the chemical composition of first-grade raw ore is SiO2 68.31,Al2O3 14.70,Fe2O3 1.19,TiO2 0.30,CaO 0.69,MgO 0.21,K2O 7.40 and Na2O 2.97.The mineral composition w(B)/% of the ore is composed of K-feldspar(43.79),albite(25.17),quartz(22.66) and clay minerals(8.38).Therefore,the chemical composition of the first-grade raw ore meets the standard of the glass industry except Fe2O3,and it can meet the standard by water-washing and magnetic separation process.Compared with the first-grade raw ore,the content w(B)/% of K-feldspar(29.35) and albite(22.88) in the second-grade raw ore is lower,while the content of quartz(37.57) and clay minerals(10.20) is higher.The process of water-washing and acid-leaching can obviously reduce the content of Fe2O3,but lead to the decrease of useful components and therefore,unable to meet the standard of chemical composition.The occurrence of disadvantage composition Fe2O3 is duo to some iron-rich minerals,such as biotite,hematite,chlorite and hornblende in the ore,and is related to clay minerals with high content iron.
