摘　　要：筛选标记基因在植物遗传转化中担负着区分转化体和非转化体的重要作用。合适的筛选标记基因及其相应的筛选剂是植物转基因成功的关键。综述了迄今为止人们在植物转基因研究中使用过的主要筛选标记基因。Selection marker genes play critical roles in distinguishing transformants and non-transformants in the development of genetic modified organisms（GMOs）.It is very important to choose appropriate selection marker gene and correspondent selective agents to succeed in generating GM plants.The paper briefly reviews the main plant selection marker genes which have been utilized in plant genetic transformation so far.
