摘 要:[目的]研究不同播期对棉花纤维品质的影响。[方法]以转基因杂交抗虫棉中棉所29和常规转基因抗虫棉新棉33B为材料,探讨了不同播期对棉花纤维品质的影响。[结果]不同基因型棉花纤维品质对于播期的反应存在差异,中、下部的纤维品质对播期的反应比上部更加敏感;适当的早播有利于改善杂交抗虫棉中棉所29中、下部的纤维品质,尤其是中部纤维品质;而适当晚播可能更有利于新棉33B中部纤维品质的改善。[结论]该研究为棉花高产优质栽培提供了理论依据。[Objective] The aim was to study the effects of different sowing dates on fiber quality of cotton.[Method] Taking transgenic hybrid insect-resistant cotton(CCRI29) and ordinary insect-resistant cotton(Xinmian 33B) as materials,the effects of different sowing dates on the fiber quality of cotton were discussed in the paper.[Result] On the whole,the responses of cottons with various genotypes to sowing date were different,namely the fiber quality of middle and lower cotton was more sensitive to sowing date than that of upper cotton,and appropriately early sowing was helpful to improving the fiber quality of middle and lower cotton of CCRI29,especially the middle cotton,while suitable later sowing might help to improve the fiber quality of middle cotton of Xinmian 33B.[Conclusion] The study could provide theoretical foundation for the high yield and quality cultivation of cotton.
