摘  要:[目的]研究伏毛铁棒锤种子休眠和萌发过程内源激素含量的变化。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法测定分析伏毛铁棒锤新老种子和种子层积过程内源激素赤霉素(GA3)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)、脱落酸(ABA)和玉米素(Z)含量,并测定新老种子的萌发率。[结果]在层积过程中,ABA含量总的趋势下降,GA3总的趋势是升高;不同的层积处理随着时间的延长对种子萌发都有一定的作用。[结论]GA3对打破休眠和促进萌发起重要作用;ABA则是抑制萌发的重要因素;IAA对伏毛铁棒锤种子萌发起促进作用;Z含量与伏毛铁棒锤种子发芽率之间相关性不明显。[Objective] To study variation of endogenous hormones contents in Aconitum flavum Hand.-Mazz seeds during the process of dormancy and germination.[Method] Contents of GA3,AA,ABA and Z in Aconitum flavum Hand.-Mazz seeds that were new,old and processed under stratification were determined and analyzed by HPLC respectively.Besides,germination rate of seeds were investigated.[Result]Contents of ABA and GA3 in seeds respectively declined and increased during the process of stratification;different stratification treatments had certain effects on seeds germination with the extending of time.[Conclusion]GA3 was critical for breaking dormancy and promoting germination of seeds;ABA was the important factor in inhibiting germination;IAA played an important role in promoting seeds germination;there was no obvious correlation between Z content and seeds germination of Aconitum flavum Hand.-Mazz.
