摘  要:[目的]测定不同产地树头菜中总黄酮含量,为树头菜的优树筛选及推广提供技术支撑。[方法]以芦丁为对照品,采用亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝-氢氧化钠显色法,在510 nm处利用紫外分光光度法测定西双版纳,普洱,石屏,建水4个不同产地树头菜中总黄酮的含量。[结果]西双版纳,普洱,石屏,建水4个不同产地树头菜中总黄酮的含量分别为1.89、2.222、.02和1.49 mg/g,其中普洱树头菜中总黄酮含量最高,建水含量最低。[结论]该方法准确、可靠、重复性好,可以用作树头菜中总黄酮含量的测定。[Objective] To determine the content of total flavonoids in Crateva unilocularis from different producing areas.[Method] Using rutin as reference substance,contents of total flavonoids in Crateva unilocularis from different producing areas including Xishuangbanna,Puer,Shiping and Jianshui were determined at 510 nm by UV spectrophotometry colored with sodium nitrite-aluminum nitrate-sodium hydroxide.[Result] Contents of total flavonoids in Crateva unilocularis from Xishuangbanna,Puer,Shiping and Jianshui were respectively 1.89,2.22,2.02 and 1.49 mg/g,among which content of total flavonoids in Crateva unilocularis was the highest in Puer and lowest in Jianshui.[Conclusion] The method was accurate,reliable,repeatable and could be used to determine the content of total flavonoids in Crateva unilocularis.
