摘　　要：总结沙漠化过程中土壤微生物、土壤动物及酶活性等变化,从研究方法和研究内容等方面分析研究进展和研究方向等,为沙漠化过程中生态系统恢复和重建及沙漠化逆转等提供基础资料。The changes of the germs,soil animal and enzymes in soil in the process of the desert were summed up.And the development and future research direction and so on were analyzed from the study method and study content.The research provided the basic information on the recovery and construction of the ecosystem in the process of the desert.
