摘　　要：以江西省全南县为例,在对2005～2009年全县农村集体土地使用权流转调研的基础上,分析赣南山区农村集体土地使用权流转的现状和特点,指出土地使用权流转中存在的主要问题。最后,结合全南实际,提出促进全县农村土地规范、有序流转的对策。Ttransfer of the rural land right in Quannan County,the mountainous regions of south Jiangxi was mainly studied.Based on the survey of the transfer of the rural land right from 2005 to 2010,the current situation and the characteristics of the rural land transfer were analyzed in Quannan County.Then problems existed in the transfer of rural land right in Quannan County was discussed.Finally,in accordance with the actual local conditions in Quannan,the suggestions for the steady,standard and order rural land transfer were put forward.
