摘　　要：从资金投入、农民的文化消费力以及文化素质等方面分析了农村文化建设存在设施落后、文化生活单调等问题的原因,提出了整合多方面的资金与力量、重视人才队伍建设、发展农村文化产业、加强农民工文化建设等建议。The reasons of backward facilities and monotonous cultural life,etc.in countryside cultural construction were analyzed from the funding investment,the farmers＇ cultural consumptive power and the cultural quality,suggestions about combining various funds and strength,paying attention to talented person troop construction,developing the countryside culture industry,strengthening the peasant laborer cultural construction,etc.were put forward.
