摘　　要：主要介绍了裸蛹突变系统突变机制的相关研究和裸蛹突变系统的开发利用,并且简单总结了家蚕基因定位克隆的方法,希望为裸蛹突变系统进一步研究提供一定的帮助。This paper mainly introduces the relevant studies on the mutation mechanism of naked pupa mutation strains,and its utilization and development,and then briefly summarizes the positional cloning approaches of Bombyx mori genes,hoping to provide references for the further study of naked pupa mutation strains.
