全数字化乳腺X线钼靶摄影对中青年乳腺癌的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨全数字化乳腺X线钼靶摄影对中青年乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法:回顾分析经病理证实的36例中青年(50岁以下)乳腺癌患者的X线钼靶影像学表现。结果:在36例乳腺癌中,位于右侧者19例、左侧者17例,均为单侧发病;病理为浸润性导管癌25例、浸润性小叶癌5例、导管内癌4例、乳头状癌1例、髓样癌1例。X线征象表现为肿块或结节、钙化、片状阴影、结构紊乱等。结论:全数字化乳腺钼靶X线摄影对中青年女性乳腺癌有较高诊断价值。Objective：To explore the diagnosis value of full digital mammography for the breast cancer in young and middle-aged women.Methods：The X-ray features of 36 cases of breast cancer and relationship between X-ray features and pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results：Among 36 cases of breast cancer,19 cases were on the right side and 17 cases were on the left side,which were both unilateral.There were 25 infiltrating ductal carcinoma,5 infiltrating lobular carcinoma,4 intraductal carcinoma,1 papillary carcinoma and 1 medullary carcinoma.X-ray features of breast cancer included the mass or nodule, calcification,flake shadow and structural disorder.Conclusions：Full digital mammography has a high value for breast cancer in young and middle-aged women.
