服务型教育体系下高校招生就业联动模式的构建

摘　　要：本文通过分析高校现有招生就业模式的主要问题和服务型教育体系的内涵,从模式的理念、架构和机制策略等方面构建高校招生就业联动模式,试图以社会需求为中心点,构建社会需求与招生专业、人才培养和学生就业之间的内在关联体系,以招生促培养、培养促就业、以就业促招生,缩小社会需要与高校人才培养质量之间的差距,提高毕业生就业质量。Through the analysis of the problems existing in current recruitment-employment mechanism and the connotation of service-oriented educational system,and constructing recruitment-employment-entrepreneurship linkage mechanism from the perspective of ideology,layout and mechanism strategy,this paper attempts to take social demands as the center to construct the internal link system of social demands and recruitment,talent training and student employment,recruitment to training,training to employment,employment to recruitment,to narrow down the gap of social needs and talent training quality in university and improve the employment quality of graduates.
