摘　　要：本文从我国传统产学研合作模式存在的弊端入手,探讨了高校产学研合作的改革措施,要求学校按照行业企业标准共同研究培养计划和人才培养模式,提出以培养应用型工程技术人才为主体、以提升企业创新能力为主导、以体现知识、能力、素质的协调发展为主线的策略,并对产学研战略联盟的模式进行了优化设计。Reform measures of the University-Industry-Institute are discussed starting with the disadvantages of traditional University-Industry-Institute cooperation model.According to the common research training planning and talent training model of industry and institute,a strategy is proposed which takes promoting the enterprises＇ creative abilities as the object,the technology support of universities as the main lead,the coordination development of knowledge,ability and quality as the mainline.An optimized design model of the University-Industry-Institute strategic alliance is constructed.
