江苏省2010年输入性恶性疟病例分析

摘　　要：目的通过对江苏省2010年输人性恶性疟病例的个案分析，研究其发病和流行特征，为进一步做好全省输入性恶性疟防控工作提供依据。方法对江苏省网络直报的恶性疟疫情和流行病学调查资料进行分析。结果2010年江苏省报告输入性恶性疟病例207例，比2009年（101例）上升104．95％。输入性恶性疟病例主要分布于出国务工人员较集中的苏中和苏北地区，扬州、泰州、南通和淮安4市共报告输入性恶性疟病例为109例，占全部病例的52．66％。207例输入性恶性疟病例均为从非洲或东南亚等疟疾高度流行区的回归人员。207例患者中21例为临床诊断病例，占10．14％，186例为发热患者血片镜检疟原虫阳性，占89．86％；207例患者中初发病例125例，占60．39％，再燃病例82例，占39．61％。结论江苏省输入性恶性疟日趋增多，应加强重点地区劳务输出归国人员的疟疾防治管理工作。Objective Through analysis on the epidemic characteristics of imported malaria cases of Plasmodiumfalciparum （P. falciparum） in Jiangsu Province in 2010 to provide evidence for future prevention and control across the province. Methods Falciparum endemic malaria and epidemiological survey were analyzed from direct reporting network in Jiangsu Province. Results There were 207 imported P. falciparum cases in Jiangsu Province in 2010, increased over 104.95% in 2009. Labors abroad with imported P. falciparum cases were mainly distributed in the middle and north areas of Jiangsu Province. There were 109 imported P. falciparum cases reported in Yangzhou City, Taizhou City, Nantong City and Huai＇an City which accounted for 52.66% in all cases. All of patients with obvious living experience in P. falciparum endemic areas were back from Africa and Southeast Asia. There were 21 cases reported by clinical diagnosis （ 10.14% ） and 186 individuals presented plasmodium-positive by microscopic examination station for febrile patients （89.86%） and 125 were original infection （60.39%） and 82 were relapsed cases （39.61%） in the all of 207 eases. Conclusion Because of the imported faleiparum malaria cases increased gradually, it should be taken to strengthen prevention and management in malaria control on labor export returned personnel in the key areas.
