大连市高中生1948-2008年生长发育变化趋势分析

摘　　要：目的分析和预测大连市学生生长发育趋势,为采取针对性的干预措施提供依据。方法根据大连市1948-2009年10个时间点的城市高中17岁男、女生的身高、体重、胸围资料,选取10 a(特殊的选5 a)的时间跨度,计算年增长率。对6个分期予以分析与特点归纳。结果建国60 a来,男生身高年增长率为1.41‰,女生为0.95‰;男生体重年增长率为6.79‰,女生为3.38‰;男生胸围年增长率为1.47‰,女生为0.55‰。改革开放30 a来,男生身高年增长率为1.02‰,女生为0.60‰;男生体重年增长率为7.95‰,女生为2.81‰;男生胸围年增长率为1.57‰,女生为0.45‰。结论生长发育曲线是波动的,生长发育趋势存在"性别差",男生的反应大于女生。1996-2006年胸围为下降趋势,是体质下降的一种反映。Objective To describe,analyze and predict growth and development secular trend（GDST） of students at age 17 in Dalian.Methods With 10 annual data on body height（BH）,body weight（BW） and chest circumference（CC）,the GDST of 17-year-old student in Dalian（1948-2008） were analyzed.With 10 years time-span generally,annual growth rate（AGR） were calculated,and a curve comprising 6 phases was describes.Then these phases were analyzed,and series of characteristics on the curve were concluded.Results Since 1949,BH： AGR of male was 1.41‰,of female was 0.95‰.BW： AGR of male was 6.79‰,of female was 3.38‰.CC： AGR of male was 1.47‰,of female was 0.55‰.Since 1979,BH： AGR of male was 1.02‰,of female was 0.60‰.BW： AGR of male was 7.95‰,of female was 2.81‰.CC： AGR of male was 1.57‰,of female was 0.45‰.Conclusion The curve of the GDST is fluctuation.The GDST occurred ＂sexual difference＂,the male is more sensitive to the nourishment than the female.BW is the most sensitive index to the malnutrition or overnutrition,while BH is the least one.Some countermeasures will make a positive effect on the GDST,such as popularizing nutritional education,preventing obesity and emphasizing physical education.
