摘　　要：目的了解当前洱源县血吸虫病主要传染源,为因地制宜地实施以传染源控制为主的综合防治策略提供科学依据。方法从洱源县随机抽取3个自然村、调查当地居民、家畜和野鼠血吸虫病感染情况。结果 2010年在3个自然村共调查居民631人,估算感染率为0.96%;采用病原学方法检查牛、马、骡、猪和野鼠分别为270、19、19、29和175头(只),发现阳性牛2头,其余未见阳性;采用病原学方法检查当地居民、牛、羊、猪、马和犬的野粪共367份,发现居民和犬的野粪阳性率分别为5.88%和14.00%,其余野粪未见阳性。人、犬和牛3种宿主的潜在污染指数(IPC)分别为0.0324、0.0328和0.0004。结论人、犬、牛在洱源县血吸虫病传播中起着重要作用,是当前该县的主要传染源。Objective To understand the major infectious source of schistosomiasis japonica in Eryuan County, and provide scientific basis for carrying out comprehensive strategies with emphasis on infectious source control. Methods Three endetnic villages were randomly chosen in Eryuan County, and infection of shchistosonziasis for resident, livestock and wild rat was investigated. Results In 2010, a total of 631 residents were investigated, and the average infection rate was 0.96%. The number of cattle, horse, mule, pig, and wild rat de- tected by pathogen methods was 270, 19, 19, 29 and 175, respectively. 2 cattle were detected positiveand the other animals were not found positive. A total of 367 wild faeces, including resident, cattle, goat, pig, horse and dog were examined by pathogen methods, the positive ones were only found in residents and dogs, and the positive rate was 5.88% and 14.00%, respectively. The potential pollution index of residents, dogs and horses was 0.0324, 0.0328 and 0.0004, respectively. Conclusion The local residents, dogs and cattle play important roles in the transmission of schistosomiasis in Eryuan County, which are the major infectious sources of schisto-somiasis.
