摘  要:目的研究湖北钉螺滇川亚种在不同密度下种群繁殖规律。方法在云南省大理市选择现场实验点,将钉螺低密度系列各组雌、雄配对,高密度系列各组随机分组,按每笼2、4、6、8、10、20、40、80和100、150、200、400、800、1000只的2个低、高密度系列投放,每个系列2笼,养殖一年后观察繁殖情况。结果低密度组钉螺密度增加,10只/0.11 m^2的以上的组钉螺密度下降,投螺数越多降幅越大。螺口数增加最高的为6只/笼组,为原投放螺数的13.17倍,活螺数和投入螺数之比在低密度组大于1,在高密度组(10只/0.11 m^2以上)小于1并保持在较低水平。结论密度是制约钉螺种群大小的关键因素,经过一段时间后种群数量将趋向于相对平衡;其中低密度组钉螺的代偿最为活跃,繁殖力最强。将给制定有关钉螺的考核指标提供参考。Objective To study reproduction regulation of O.hupensis.robertsoni in different density population. Methods The experimental field was located in Dali city, Yunnan Province. The snarls were paired with female and male in low density groups and random grouped in high density groups. Snails were encased in cages with 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 20, 40, 80 snails each cage in low density groups, and 100,150, 200, 400, 800, 1000 snarls each cage in high density groups. The reproduction situation was observed one year later. Resuits Snail density increased in the low density groups, and dropped in the groups with snail density above 10 /0.11m^2. The more snails encased in a cage, the more obviously the snarl density dropped. The highest group for snarl reproduction was 6 snarls/cage, which the number of snarl increased by 13.17 times. The ratio of living snails and original snarls encased was more than 1 in the low density groups, and less than 1 in the high density groups (above10/0.1 1m^2). Conclusion The density of snail is a critical factor to restrict the snail population, and the population of snail will tend to a relative equilibrium after a period of time. The reproduction of snail was active in low density groups. It will provide reference for the targets of snail control.
