江苏省2010年全国疟疾监测点监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解江苏省疟疾的流行现状及其影响因素,掌握疟疾流行规律和趋势。方法根据疟疾发病情况,选择近年来发病率较高的睢宁县官山镇、铜山县棠张镇、泗洪县天岗湖镇、盱眙县仇集镇和宜兴市张渚镇作为国家级疟疾监测点调查居民疟疾发病情况、疟疾症状及防蚊措施、按蚊密度及叮人率等相关影响因素。结果 2010年共调查7225户,24447人,蚊帐拥有率为27.70%;蚊帐使用率为48.78%。血检11834人,平均血检率为5.11%,检出疟原虫阳性6人,平均阳性率为0.05%。2010年共报告疟疾病例9例,其中在县疾控中心镜检阳性确诊1例,乡镇卫生院镜检阳性确诊6例,乡镇卫生院通过临床诊断并抗疟药试治有效确诊2例。2010年平均叮人率为11.33只/人·夜。2010年泗洪、宜兴2县(市)中华按蚊对溴氰菊酯测定,24h后死亡率为35.71%、54.76%。结论江苏省疟疾监测点的疟疾流行已得到有效控制,但传疟媒介中华按蚊密度依然较高,且对溴氰菊酯产生严重抗性。Objective To understand malaria transmission trend and prevalence situation in Jiangsu province. Methods According to morbidity status, Guanshan Town of Suining County, Tangzhang Town of Tongshan County, Tianganghu Town of Sihong County, Qiuji Town Xuyi County and Zhangzhu Town of Yixing City were selected as surveillance sites, The prevalence situation, symptoms, mosquito preventive measures, Anopheles density, man biting rates and related factors were investigated. Results A total of 7 225 households and 24 447 people were surveyed. 27.70% people have mosquito nets, and 48.78% of them using mosquito nets. 11 834 people were examined by blood tests, and 6 people were found positive of plasmodium falciparum with positive rate of 0,05%. 9 malaria cases were reported in 2010, of which 1 case was examined positive by microscopic in county center for disease control, 6 cases in town hospitals, and 2 cases were diagnosed by clinical diagnosis and anti-malaria treatment. The average bite rate was 11.33 mosquitoes / person. night in 2010. The mortality of mosquito was 35.71% in Sihong County and 54.76% in Yixing City 24 h after spraying deltamethrin. Conclusion The prevalence of malaria has been controlled effectively in Jiangsu province. But the destiny of mosquito is still very high, and the mosquito has serious resistance to deltamethrin.
