摘　　要：总后勤部副部长和总后卫生部部长在2010年军队师级以上医院管理创新研讨会上的讲话,为加快推进研究型医院向纵深发展指明方向。一年来,在总后卫生部的指导下,解放军总医院重点抓以价值标准、规模标准、创新标准、融合标准和安全标准为内容的标准化建设;以规范医疗、安全医疗、集成医疗、温馨医疗为核心的医疗质量建设;以医疗质量管理、医疗安全管理、人财物精细化管理为重点的医院运营管理,取得较好成效。The speeches of Qin, Vice - director of PLA General Logistics Department and Zhang, Director of Healthcare Department, PLA General Logistics Department, made in the annual seminar on hospital management and innovation of military hospitals above divisional level last year, have given guidance to promote the development of research - based hospital. Under the direction of Healthcare Department, PLA General Logistics Department, PLA General Hospital focuses on a series of scientific and thorough ways in construction and thus makes a satisfactory achievement. Specifically, the ways embrace standardized construction in aspects of values, scale, innovation, integration and safety; medical quality construction in providing normative, safe, integrated and comfortable care and operational administration in medical quality control, medical safety management and accurate resource management.
