摘　　要：本文提出"全军中医内科中心"建设,促进军队中医药卫生事业发展和我军卫勤特色形成,其临床技术发展思路必须基于中医药特色与军事应用目标,通过创建临床病证辨治技术与研发中药新药、强化科学管理与锻造精英人才,方能彰显学术标志、提升为军服务职能,使其成为国家中医药创新和军事应用的摇篮。＂Internal medicine center of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） in army＂ has boosted the development of military traditional Chinese medicine and the formation of military features medical service. The development ideas of the clinical skills must be based on characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine and military application target, with creating clinical technology of treatment of syndrome differentiation and researching Chinese materia medica, strengthening scientific management and tempering the talented elite, to demonstrate academic symbol and promote the functions of the military service, with that to make it become the cradle of the innovation of TCM and the characteristics of military application.
