摘　　要：应用SWOT分析法对军队医院转型升级中的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行系统分析,提出以科学发展观为指导,坚持正确的服务方向,实行管理与服务转型升级,采取多种措施实行人才队伍升级,实施差异化战略,发挥军队医院品牌优势等对策。The author analyzed strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threatens systematically in the process of transformation and upgrade of military hospital based on SWOT method, and put forward several strategies includes sticking to correct direction of service, carrying out transformation and upgrade of administration and service, taking many measures upgrade talented troops, executing diverse strategies, and exerting the strengths of military hospital brand under the guidance of the scientific outlook on development.
