摘　　要：新医改的推出,给军队医院带来新的发展契机的同时,也提出更高的要求。医院在研究新医改的基础上,深化信息化建设,以健康教育为抓手,专家下沉社区,加强人才培养机制,拓展服务群体,军地共建,为工作的开展做了铺垫。The health reform has not only brought opportunities to military hospitals but also put forward higher requirements. According to the analysis of health reform policy in Shanghai, some measures were taken in the hospital as strengthen the information construction and personnel training system, expand the patient group, and cooperate with local health institutes.
