内科医师对患者参与用药行为的影响

摘　　要：目的了解内科医师对于患者参与的认知、态度、行为现状及影响因素。方法采用自制问卷,整群抽取上海市4所三甲医院符合入选要求的心内科、呼吸科、消化科的160名医师。结果认知部分平均得分为3.59±0.42分(满分5分),与学历呈正相关(B>0);态度部分平均得分为3.77±0.91分(满分5分),与医院相关,医院丙得分偏低(B<0);行为部分平均得分为3.09±0.33分,与认知、态度呈正相关,且与科室相关;呼吸科得分偏低(B<0)。结论内科医师对于患者参与用药安全的认知、态度及行为均处于中等偏上的水平,提高医师促进患者参与用药安全的行为,提高其认知和态度是关键。Objective Understanding current situation of the KAP for physicians opinion about patients' involvement in medication safety;Method With cluster sampling,we investigated 160 doctors of four firstclass, three -level hospitals in accord with the requirements using the self -designed questionnaire.Results The average score of cognitive part was 3.59±0.42 points(Total points:Five) and was positively correlated with education level(B>0);The average score of attitude part was 3.77±0.91 points(Total points:Five) and was correlated with hospital.The hospital c score was lower(B <0).The average score of behavior part was 3.09±0.33 points(Total points:Five) and was positively correlated with knowledge and attitudes,also correlated with departments. The department of respiration score was lower(B <0).Conclusion The KAP for physician's opinion about patients' involvement in medication safety is in the intermediate level,and improvement of the knowledge and attitudes is the key factor for improving physicians behavior of promoting patients' involvement in medication safety.
