摘　　要：为确保手术安全和手术质量,预防医疗事故发生,加强对各手术科室和医师的手术管理,根据《军队医疗技术临床应用管理办法》;本文结合医院管理实际,介绍手术分级管理的组织构成、实施工作及其成效。这在有效防范手术风险,提高手术质量方面进行尝试,同时通过利用医院信息系统实施手术分级管理,提高医疗及管理质量。According to Management of Clinical Application on Military Medical Technology, the operation grading management were established to ensure the safety and enhance surgical operation management of the surgical departments quality of operation, prevent medical incidents, and doctors. Based on the practice of this new management in a general hospital, the organization, the implementation and effects of the management measures were introduced. The results showed that this management can prevent operative risks effectively and improve the quality of operation. Meanwhile, the surgery grading management was accessed with HIS, which had further improved the quality of health care and management.
