摘　　要：目的分析军队医院制剂室换证验收后的管理现状与存在问题,提出解决的方法与对策,促进医院制剂的健康发展。方法与结果从医院制剂室管理现状入手,对制剂室的硬件建设、质量管理、人员等方面存在的问题做分析,提出相应的解决方法和对策。结论医院制剂室的规范化建设,管理是关键,而且是一个长期而艰巨的任务。Objectives To investigate the management status and existing problems after validity of certificate in pharmaceutics department of military hospital, and then provide methods and countermeasures, in order to promote healthy development of pharmacy department. Methods and Results The countermeasures were offered by analyzing the hardware building, quality management, as well as staff based on the management status of pharmacy department of hospital. Conclusions Standardized management is a key point and long - term as well as challenge work.
