摘　　要：德国联邦国防军历来重视军事作业过程的心理因素,以及军事人员心理问题和心理疾病的预防。德军心理卫勤工作严格依照该国相关法律法规,确立心理卫生人员的执业范围及资质,建立健全相应管理制度和督导体系,其研究工作科学、系统,尤其重视实战应用。这些做法为我军心理卫勤工作发展、人员教育培训及管理体系健全等方面提供有益借鉴和参考。The psychological factors of military operations usuany are focused by Armed Forces, as well as the prevention of psychological problems and mental illness in military personnel. The mental health - care work is in strict accordance with the Germany laws and regulations in army. The practice scope and qualification in mental health staff are limited by German Psychological Association, including the management system and supervision system. The focus of psychological service in army is to promote the practical fighting capacity. The measures of German are the useful references of Chinese people＇s Liberation Army in the logistic support of mental health, the education ＆ training of psychological specialist, and the perfection of management - supervision system
