摘　　要：本文分析医患关系紧张的原因,主要有:医患沟通不流畅、信息不对称、医疗费用贵、医疗风险少、患者期望高、媒体报道假等诸多因素;并提出应从信息、教育、管理、服务等方面入手,深入研究患者心理,强化医德医风建设,增强医务人员和患者的相互信任,构建和谐医患关系。The reasons were analyzed to cause the intense relations between the doctor and patient as following： the hare communication, the asymmetry of information, expensive medical expenditure, high expect of medical service, and false report of media. And then the measures were proposed from the aspects as information, education, management and service. The material measures were analyzing the psychology of patients, strengthening medical morality education, enhancing the reliability between the doctor and patient.
