摘　　要：自然保护区生态旅游的发展不仅能解决保护资金短缺问题,而且能向世人宣传绿色、环保、生态、低碳生活。本文通过对长青自然保护区区域生态旅游内部资源、外部环境以及优势、劣势、机会和风险分析,得出结论长青自然保护区生态旅游竞争力优势明显,但需处理好保护与利用关系,保护区、当地政府、社区村民三方面利益分配关系。Ecotourism development in Nature Reserve can not only be a solution to the shortage of protection funding,but also be helpful to raise awareness of green,environmental protection,ecology and low carbon life.By way of SWOT analysis,this paper showed that Changqing nature reserve has an obvious advantage in ecotourism competitiveness,but needs to well handle the relationship between protection and use,and balance of the benefits among the Nature Reserve,local government and the community.
