摘　　要：目的　探讨气囊扩张术治疗肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻的效果。　方法　采用透视下气囊扩张术治疗肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻８ 例并随诊。　结果　扩张后随访６ ～１８ 个月，证实肾盂积水、扩张情况明显减轻，狭窄段通畅。　结论　此方法具有定位准确，扩张效果好，操作简单，住院时间短，损伤小等优点。Objective To improve the therapeutic result of endoscopically dilatation for ureteropelvic junction obstruction. Methods 8 cases of ureteropelvic junction obstruction were treated with X ray located balloon dilatation.The choice of catheters and the dilating duration were both of prime importance. Results Postoperative follow up has been 6～18 monthes.The involved kidneys recover very well and the ureteropelvic junction remains patent. Conclusions The procedure is characterized by good localization,well dilated with simple performance, minimal invasion and shortly hospitalization.
