摘　　要：本文从少年儿童图书馆在21世纪新的发展方向入手,论述开展社区服务是保护广大未成年人的文化权益、建立健全公共文化服务体系的重要举措,进一步阐述了满足广大未成年人日益增长的精神文化需求的方式,以及加强社区服务发展的动力、实现方式和应注意的问题。This article from the young children＇s library in the 21st century new development direction, discusses the importance of developing community services, is to protect the rights and interests of the minors culture, establish and perfect the system of public cultural services is an important measure to satisfy the growing minors spirit culture of the demand, as well as strengthen community service development opportunity, realization mode and power problems that should be paid attentions to.
