摘　　要：本文在分析高校辅导员职责与学校社会工作存在契合点的基础上,探讨学校社会工作与高校辅导员工作的结合原则,进一步构建学校社会工作与高校辅导员工作结合的模式,并就该模式在具体运用时的保障条件做了相关探讨。试图通过高校辅导员工作与学校社会工作相结合模式及其运用等方面展开的探讨,以期能对辅导员的专业化发展提供一些可能的视角,从而进一步探索辅导员的专业化发展空间。This paper analyzes the responsibilities of college counselors and school social work base on the meeting point of the school of social work and college counselors work ,discuss the principle of the model of eombining to further build the school of social work and combining work of college counselors, and on the concrete application of the model in the time of the relevant security conditions do. This paper attempts to make a aspects of the professional development of counselors can offer some perspective to further explore the professional development counselor.
