摘  要:目的了解海口市公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生状况,对存在的卫生问题提出相应对策。方法随机抽取正常使用集中空调通风系统的公共场所16家,在每套集中空调通风系统的风管内表面,选择5个代表性采样点使用涂抹法采样,检测风管内表面积尘量、细菌总数和真菌总数,同时采集冷却塔中的冷却水500ml,检测嗜肺军团菌。结果集中空调通风系统风管内表面的积尘量、细菌总数和真菌总数合格率分别为32.50%、90.00%、55.00%,16份冷却水未检出嗜肺军团菌。结论海口市公共场所集中空调通风系统风管存在较严重的污染,应定期清洗消毒,加大监测力度。Objective To understand the sanitary and hygienic conditions of central air-conditioning system in public places of Haikou City and put forward monitoring and management suggestiions.Methods The 16 institutions using central air-conditioning systems in public places of Haikou were randomly selected and the samples were collected from the internal surface of ventilation pipes for detection of dust,total bateria and fungi.Meawhile the Legionella pneumophila in the 16 cooling water samples of cooling towner was detected.Resuts The qualitfication rates of dust quantity in the internal surface of the ventilation pipes,the total bacteria and fungi were 32.50%,90.00% aand 55.00%.No Legionella pneumophila was detected.Conclusion The ventilation pipies in the central air-conditioning systems were heavily polluted and contaminatied,therefore clearance and disinfection be regularly conducted.The work of monitoring and supervision should also be carried out.
