摘  要:目的了解医学生对艾滋病病毒感染者与艾滋病病人的歧视现况及其影响因素。方法 2009年3月30日至4月5日,采用分层整群抽样的方法在某医学院选取06级5个专业484名医学生进行自填式问卷调查。结果有效问卷459份。其中,87人(19.0%)认为应该限制PLWHAs的人身自由,77.6%的对象害怕接触PLWHAs,能接受和PLWHAs共餐和握手的对象分别占20.9%和53.2%。多因素Logistic回归模型拟合结果,每月可自由支配的花销(OR=1.967;95%CI为1.314~2.945)、担心工作中被感染(OR=2.219;95%CI为1.273~3.866)、怕接触感染者(OR=2.519;95%CI为1.165~5.445)、日常生活是否传播艾滋病知识得分(OR=0.270;95%CI为0.126~0.578)和预防知识得分(OR=0.453;95%CI为0.235~0.874)与歧视有关。结论医学生歧视态度比较严重,艾滋病相关知识、怕感染和花销与歧视有关。Objective The paper aims to describe discrimination against people living with HIV/AIDS(PLWHAs) amongst medical-college students.Methods Questionnaire surveys were conducted among a total of 484 medical students recruited by cluster sampling in Jining Medical College.Results A total of 459 valid questionnaires were collected.87 participants(19.0%)thought that PLWHAs' freedom should be limited.77.6% of participants feared for contacting PLWHAs.Participant could accept having dinner and shaking hands with PLWHAs were 20.9% and 53.2%,respectively.Factors associated with AIDS related stigma were monthly discretionary spending(OR,1.967;95%CI,1.314~2.945),worrying being infected in work(OR,2.219;95%CI,1.273~3.866),being afraid of contacting with PLWHAs(OR,2.519;95%CI,1.165-5.445),knowledge score of whether daily life could transmit AIDS(OR,0.270;95%CI,0.126~0.578),and prevention knowledge score(OR,0.453;95%CI,0.235~0.874).Conclusion HIV/AIDS-related stigma and discrimination remain a serious problem amongst medical college student.AIDS related knowledge score,worrying about being infected,and monthly discretionary spending associated with AIDS related stigma.
