福建大田县2002～2009年结核病控制项目效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析大田县实施世行贷款/英国赠款中国结核病控制项目（以下简称卫X项目）7年的效果,为今后深入开展结核病防控工作提供科学依据。方法根据2002年5月1日~2009年4月30日项目初诊患者登记本、结核病患者登记本及各类业务统计报表等相关资料,分析结核病患者发现及治疗效果。结果项目覆盖全县18个乡镇,现代结核病控制策略（DOTS）覆盖率达100%;2002年5月1日~2009年4月30日项目期间共发现活动性肺结核患者1 546例,活动性肺结核患者总登记率为63.1/10万;痰菌涂片检查阳性969例,其中初治涂阳病人927例,初治涂阳病人登记率为37.8/10万;初治涂阳患者的治愈率为94.2%;复治涂阳患者的治愈率为78.6%。结论情况表明,卫X项目实施达到了预期效果。卫X项目实施使大田县的结核病控制工作取得显著成效。Objective To annlyze the results of tuberculosis control project with World Bank loan/British donation in Datian county from 2002~2009.Methods The Reginstation data report tables of tuberculosis cases detected and initially treated and cure results in Datian county were analyzed.Results The overage of the project 18 townships and the DOTS converage was 100%.From may 2002 to April 2009 1 546 active tuberculosis cases were detected and the total registration rate of active tuberculosis cases was 63.1/100 000.A total of 969 sputum positive cases were detected including 927 initially treated smear positives with a initially smear positive registration rate of 37.8/100 000.The initally cure rate for initially treated smear positives was 94.2% and 78.6% for repeated smear positives,all of which indicated expected results have been obtained after implementation of the project.Conclusion Marked achievements in tuberculosis control in Datian county have been obtained afte implemented for seven years.
