护理专业学生针刺伤后真实感受的质性研究

摘　　要：目的了解护理专业学生在临床实习期间针刺伤后的真实感受,分析针刺伤的原因及对学生造成的影响,以制订完善的教学计划,加强学生的防护教育。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究法,分析8名护理专业学生针刺伤后真实感受。结果学生针刺伤后的主要表现为害怕、恐惧、担心、无助,学生产生一系列的精神心理症状,渴望被尊重和重视,渴望针刺伤后的支持系统,希望安全教育制度更加完善。结论临床护理带教工作应重视护理专业学生的安全防护教育,强化其自我防护意识,建立完善的针刺伤后的支持系统,关心学生的心理状况,以减少其针刺伤发生,提高学生工作积极性。Objective To explore the feelings of nursing students after needle stick injuries in clinical practice,and analyze the causes and impact of needle stick injuries,so as to provide reference for the revision of teaching plan and protection education for nursing students.Methods The phenomenological methodology was used in the study.Eight nursing students suffered from needle stick injuries were interviewed.Results The main reactions of nursing students to needle stick injuries were fear,worry and helplessness.The nursing students showed a series of psychological symptoms.They expected to get more respect and concerns from the clinical teachers,hoped to get supports after needle stick injuries and safety education in clinical practice.Conclusions It is suggested to pay close attention to the safety and self-protection education to strengthen students＇ self-protection awareness in clinical teaching,establish support system after needle stick injuries,concern about the students＇ psychological status,and thereby to reduce the occurrence of needlestick injuries and improve students＇ work enthusiasm.
