早产儿经右下肢静脉留置PICC导管的可行性

摘　　要：目的探讨早产儿经右下肢静脉留置PICC导管的效果。方法将102例早产儿采用抛币法随机分为两组。观察组62例经右下肢静脉留置PICC导管,对照组40例经上肢静脉留置PICC导管,比较两组导管异位率及并发症发生率。结果观察组导管异位率为3.2%,对照组为17.5%,观察组异位率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论早产儿PICC导管定位准确性为右下肢静脉明显优于上肢静脉。Objective To explore the premature infants by way of the veins of fight lower extremity in detaining PICC. Methods Divided 102 cases of infants into two groups with the flip of a coin randomly. Totally 62 cases from right lower limb venous indwelling catheter with PICC in the observation group. While 40 cases from upper extremity venous indwelling in the control group. And compare the catheter tip location of the ectopic rate,complication rate and ducal indwelling time with the two groups. Results The ectopic rate（observation group 3.2 percent,control group 17.5 percent） and ducal indwelling time comparison of the two groups,the difference had statistically significance（P〈0.05）, complications of the two groups had no statistically significance（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Premature PICC catheter positioning accuracy of right lower limb vein was significantly better than that of upper extremity venous catheter detaining time,it can be applied in premature infants.
