摘　　要：饮食紊乱或饮食疾病是一组由于饮食行为扰乱引起一系列心理症状与体征为特点的临床疾病,近20年来糖尿病合并饮食紊乱已被重视。本文讲述了可以提示糖尿病患者饮食紊乱的症状及诊断指标,并指出了糖尿病合并饮食紊乱或饮食疾病的处理方法。Eating disorders are a group of conditions characterized by disturbed eating behavior and a range of psychological traits and symptoms.The association of eating disorders with diabetes has been a topic of great interest during the past two decades.This article discusses the warning signs,diagnostic criteria and outpatient and inpatient management methods associated with eating disorders in patients with diabetes.
