摘　　要：数据挖掘技术是近年来伴随着人工智能和数据库技术的发展而出现的一门新兴技术。文章结合作者开发岳阳楼区基于居民健康档案的区域卫生信息平台的实践,研究运用数据挖掘技术从各种现有医疗应用系统中抽取居民个人的诊疗记录,实现了居民个人健康信息的共享,并为临床辅助诊断、双向转诊等提供服务。Data mining technology is an emerging technology with the development of artificial intelligence and database technology in recent years.Combined with the practice of the authors in regional health information platform based on Yueyanglou district＇s residents＇ health archives this paper researches and applies data mining technology to extract the personal medical record from various existing medical application systems so as to achieve the share of residents＇ personal health information,and provide service for clinical diagnosis,referral etc.
