摘　　要：石家庄市平原水闸多建于20世纪70年代,工程运行30a以上,普遍存在着主体建筑物、闸门、启闭设施等方面的安全问题,造成水闸无法正常运行。平原水闸都建在行洪、排水河道上,除承担蓄水作用外,汛期必须保证行洪与排水的畅通,因此对平原水闸进行全面安全性分析评估,为采取相应的除险加固和改造措施提供必要的技术支撑。Most of the plain sluices in Shijiazhuang were established in 1970s,many of them have worked more than 30 years,the safety problems are common in main structure,gate and hoisting equipment,so many sluices can＇t run regularly.The plain sluices are built on the flood discharge river or draining river,they are used to water storage and draining flood,so analyzing and estimating the safety status of the plain sluices are necessary,it is the technical support for the danger control and reinforcement.
