摘　　要：以唐山市海港开发区水厂为例,介绍清水池后浇带设计中位置、宽度、形式、钢筋处理和防水措施等设计要点,施工中模板、接缝和混凝土质量等施工要点。实践证明上述技术要点在工程设计及施工中的运用是可行的。Taking Tangshan Haigang District waterworks as an example,to introduce the design key points of clear water reserviors post-pouring band,including position,width,style,steel bar handling and waterproof measures,and also introduce the construction key points,including construction pattern,joint and the quality of concrete.All these technical key points are well proved as feasible for design and construction by real practice.
