摘 要:目的优选红景天多糖的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交设计法筛选红景天多糖最佳提取工艺,用苯酚-硫酸比色法测定其含量。结果红景天多糖的最佳提取工艺为:提取的料液比1∶15,提取次数3次,提取时间1.5 h,乙醇浓度80%。测得红景天多糖的含量为7.57%,平均回收率98.84%,RSD为1.32%。结论该方法简便,准确,灵敏度高,适用于红景天多糖的提取和纯化。Objective To optimize the technology of polysaccharides extraction from Rhodiola rosea.Methods Orthogonal design was used to select optimum technology of Polysaccharides extraction from Rhodiola rosea and the content of total polysaccharides were detected by Phenol-vitriolic Colorimetry.Results Optimal extraction technology of Polysaccharide was as follow:solid-liquid ratio:1∶15;extraction time:1.5 hours;extraction times:3 times in total;ethanol concentration:80%.Polysaccharide content:7.57%,the average recovery rate:98.84%,and RSD:1.32%.Conclusion The method was simple,accurate,sensitive,and suitable for extraction and purification of polysaccharide from Rhodiola rosea.
