摘 要:目的通过研究麻黄化学拆分组分与免疫抑制作用的关系,寻找麻黄性味及其物质基础的对应关系。方法考察了麻黄水煎液及其化学拆分组分(生物碱组分、挥发油组分、多糖组分、酚酸组分)对小鼠溶血素抗体生成、对正常小鼠单核细胞吞噬作用及免疫器官及对补体活性的影响。结果与模型对照组比较,挥发油组和多糖组对绵羊红细胞所致溶血素生成具有极显著性差异(P<0.01);与空白对照组比较,水煎液组、挥发油组和多糖组对正常小鼠单核细胞吞噬作用α值差异显著(P<0.05);水煎液、多糖组分、酚酸组分具有补体抑制作用。结论麻黄具有显著的免疫抑制作用,其对脾脏指数、单核巨噬细胞的吞噬系数α及补体活性具有抑制作用;麻黄的免疫抑制作用可能是其"味苦性凉(寒)"的功能体现,物质基础为麻黄化学拆分组分中的挥发油组分、多糖组分、酚酸组分。AIM To study the relationship between component fraction and immunosuppressive activity in or- der to find out the correspondence of the nature and flavor in Ephedrae Herba. METHODS The influence of Ephedrae Herba water decoction and chemical subdivision ( alkaloid fraction, volatile oil fraction, polysaccharide fraction, phenolic acid fraction) on the production of hemolysin-antibody in mice, the phagocytic activity of mono- cytes in normal mice, immune organs and the activity of complement were investigated. RESULTS Compared with the model group, the production of hemolysin-antibody induced by sheep blood cells in volatile oil group and polysaccharide group had a very significant difference (P 〈 0.01 ). Compared with the negative group, the ot value of the phagocytic activity of monocytes in normal mice in water decoction fraction, polysaecharide fraction and phe- nolic acid fraction had a significant difference (P 〈 0.05). The water decoction fraction, polysaecharide fraction and phenolic acid fraction can inhibit the activity of complement. CONCLUSION The significant immunosuppressive effect of Ephedrae Herba on spleen index, the phagocytic coefficient ot of mononuclear macrophage and the activity of complement may be the reflection of the function of bitter in flavor and cool (cold) in nature, which consist of volatile oil fraction, phenolic acid fraction contained in the chemical subdivision of Ephedrae Herba.
